Self-discovery, identifying the right and wrong types of work for you, understanding your team better, and tapping into their skills.
Each team member will take this short assessment and it will identify the work activity that gives them joy and energy. Keep this in mind. It is NOT what they necessarily do or do not do well, but the type of work that gives them fulfillment. The six activities of any work are:
In our work, we do all six activities. If our jobs consist of 51% of our "geniuses", we will be fulfilled, therefore companies will receive our full potential.
Once a team (those who work together consistently - approximately 2-12 employees) complete their assessments, a team map is automatically generated. This will let you know:
Price varies based on number of participants. Coaching includes assessments for each participant, 1-on-1 evaluation and analysis of results (appx 30 min each). For groups of 2 or more, we will generate a team map, and review and analyze team results (appx 60 min).
Participants complete assessments on their own time before the analyses. We cannot do team map exploration until all team members have completed the assessment. Team analysis takes place in one sitting (in-person or virtually) with all participants. Optional: Supervisors can review team map first.
It is recommended the team sees, understands, and respects each other's Working Geniuses and Frustrations so they learn how to work and communicate with one another.
This includes a deeper explanation of The Six Types of Working Genius, thorough discussions, and fun activities. Unlike coaching, training will include scenarios of Geniuses and Frustrations, how they show up in the work environment, and activities to practice strategies on how to work with one another. Training can be either two or four hours.

After participant completes the Emotional Intelligence Assessment, they will be prescribed EQ topics to focus on as their opportuniti for improvement. Some of these topics include:
Participants are required to purchase the book by Dr. Travis Bradberry titled, "Emotional Intelligence Habits". Upon purchase (either physical or audiobook), participant will obtain the assessment at no additional cost. The assessment will take 10-15 minutes to complete. From there, we will have a solid foundation to begin our 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Five (5) 1 hour sessions are required. 8-10 sessions are recommended. This will give the participant enough time to begin developing habits.
I am available for custom programs, lunch and learns, and keynote talks. Also, I can customize 1-on-1 coaching for any leadership and professional development topics. Logistics, timing, and cost will be determined upon a needs assessment. 1-on-1 coaching and/or team facilitation of up to 15 participants will be considered.
