In the program and assessment, The Six Types of Working Genius originated from the book with the same title, the brainchild of renowned author, consultant, and keynote speaker, Patrick Lencioni, we help people discover their strengths and shortcomings (or Geniuses and Frustrations) so they can find joy, fulfillment, and energy in their work, thus improving their self-confidence and relationships. Knowing each other's geniuses and frustrations, teams will communicate and work more effectively towards the same goal.

Utilizing, Bradberry's best-selling book, Emotional Intelligence Habits as the foundation, I provide 1-on-1 and team coaching.
